Home Communion Program

We will be resuming this valuable program that enables homebound church members to stay connected with Hope, while also giving them the opportunity to receive Holy Communion. The first Sunday of each month will be Home Communion Sunday - volunteers will receive their blessed communion bags then visit their recipients.
